Flour Bakery's Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ¾ cup unbleached all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 bananas ripe and mashed

Method
 

  1. Mix the eggs, oil, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add in the sugar and mix well.
  3. Sift the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in separate bowl, and then add it to the liquid ingredients. 
  4. Mix in the bananas.
  5. Bake at 350° for 40-60 minutes (depending on your oven and pan) until toothpick comes out clean.
