Flour Bakery's Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ¾ cup unbleached all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 bananas ripe and mashed

Instructions
 

  • Mix the eggs, oil, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add in the sugar and mix well.
  • Sift the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in separate bowl, and then add it to the liquid ingredients. 
  • Mix in the bananas.
  • Bake at 350° for 40-60 minutes (depending on your oven and pan) until toothpick comes out clean.
