Instructions
Dark Chocolate Chip (Light Swirl)
Cream the butter and two sugars until smooth.
Add in egg and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, and salt, and add to the mixture until everything is combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
White Chocolate Chip (Dark Swirl)
Cream the butter and two sugars until smooth.
Add in egg and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
Mix in the cocoa powder.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, and salt, and add to the mixture until everything is combined. Add in a splash of milk if necessary.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
The Swirl
Roll each cookie dough into small balls, around 1 tbsp of dough per each.
Take one ball of each kind of cookie dough and roll them together into a swirl.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Cookies will look a bit undone. Cool for 10 minutes outside the oven to let the cookies cook a bit more on their own.
